+- **切换 HTTPS 后 Agent URL 未更新**：启用 HTTPS 直连时只更新了 transport 和证书 pin，数据库里的 `agent_url` 仍保留旧的 `http://127.0.0.1:17701`。隧道关闭后仍访问旧本地地址，导致 `connect: connection refused`。现在 transport、URL、端口和 pin 同批更新，并在切换后清理旧 AgentClient 缓存
+- **切回 SSH 隧道时同步恢复本地 URL**：恢复隧道会重新写入 `http://127.0.0.1:<localPort>`，避免残留 HTTPS 地址影响后续状态读取
