优化整机重复扫码提示

变更内容

• 整机录入命中禁止重复扫码规则时，不再只显示后台规则名称。
• 根据规则匹配字段展示完整提示，例如“加工单号已录入，当前规则不允许重复扫码”。
• Web 插件模板源已先更新，并同步至 Web 运行目录；APP 使用相同提示语义。
